To Canadian Club Members

As the Cabinet of the Canadian Club, we would like to thank you all for being part of our wonderful Club and part of our Swedish experience. Some may come and some may go, but it is nice to know that we can always connect with other Canadians and people with Canadian experiences. This Club is a big part of our transition from one culture to another.

Sadly, one of our long time Cabinet members has moved on to greener pastures. Our Prime Minister of the Canadian Club of Sweden, Mr Ed Oh, has resigned his position to take on some new life challenges and split his time between Sweden and Germany.

Ed will be missed, he worked tirelessly when it came to any events that the Club put on. His big passions were The Canada Day Picnic and The Annual Thanksgiving Potluck  at the Canadian Embassy. He has also been instrumental in forging a new and stronger relationship with Canadian Embassy and its Staff. One particular event that was memorable was the Governor Generals Gala in celebration of Canada's 150 Birthday.

Ed Oh, Thank you for your service, thank you for your time. We will work hard to preserve and hopefully expand on what you have started. You leave big shoes to fill!
